Zack Kaldveer, Communications Director for the Consumer Federation of California talks about the movement to ban employers from using credit checks on job interviews. We talk about how this is a privacy issue and how it relates to the currect struggles of the unemployed and disenfranchised in America. I mention how we aren't seeing the Coxey's armies like in the 30s but with the occupy together movement we're seeing the unemployed focusing on who the problem is. Zach says that "on one hand you can feel we're getting closer to a greater uprising but on another we can all these different kinds of layors of influence why people haven't made that move yet" - we talk about how movements come from the bottom and we the people need to fight back the International Chamber of Commerce
