Kim Warner on how huge a victory it was for finally achieve a good contract at Pocono Medical Center. If you remember we went up there several times this year, both for a strike and a MASSIVE rally. Kim talks about how huge of a win this was not just for themselves, but that this "this sends a message to management across this country that workers need to have a voice." Some of the low wage workers were earning poverty wages and this contract fixes that. We also talk about how the closed shop was important so ALL of the workers have a voice for the patients.
