Teamster Local 776 in Harrisburg, PA held its annual Christmas Party for children of its members. The event was an overwhelming success and everyone had a memorable time. The children all received age appropriate toys, sat for pictures on Santa’s lap, and feasted on, hot dogs, cookies and other holiday treats, not to mention balloon animals which were a big hit. The Rick Smith Show spoke with Teamster Local 776 leadership about the party. Local President Dan Virtue expressed hope that the children would remember the party as a positive childhood memory. This occasion is one more opportunity to returning the union hall to member and family activities. Kudos to Teamsters Local 776’s leadership for a memorable Christmas season.
