Joe Biden has been a strong advocate for working people and
their families. He has been a trusted leader who speaks truth to power. The republicans have attempted to smear a
good man because they have nothing else to run on. The economy is in crisis, the housing market
is in crisis, manufacturing is in crisis, our military is in crisis and all the
good people of this nation get is rosy optimism and failed rhetoric. How sad it must be for the delegates of this
RNC convention to have to sit through speech after speech tell them how much of
a maverick John McCain is and how John McCain is going to reform the things in
Washington the republican party has destroyed.
How sad it must be to see ones party torn apart with the false promise
of change by a man who has stood by the failures of George W. Bush 90% of the
time. John McCain was one of the Keating
Five. His poor judgment cost the American tax payer nearly $130 billion in bailouts
for the failed Savings& Loans, but it did fill his campaign coffers and
enrich him personally. People talk about
judgment. Think about whom you would
rather have a heart beat from the presidency.
A strong leader like Joe Biden or Ms. Palin. Ms. Palin is a very likable, strong and
articulate woman, but this nation needs someone who knows more about Russia and
China than about high sticking, more about diplomacy than moose dressing. Joe Biden is the obvious choice.
